In this expanded leadership role, Fuchs will report directly to Danny Teixeira, President and Chief Executive Officer, and will serve as a member of Rohrer’s Executive Leadership Team.

John brings more than two decades of commercial leadership experience across the packaging and manufacturing sectors. Since joining Rohrer, he has played a pivotal role in strengthening the company’s commercial organization, driving customer-focused growth initiatives, and leading strategic efforts to optimize sales performance and market engagement. As National Sales Director, he was responsible for leading a significant portion of Rohrer’s commercial organization and overseeing strategic customer relationships across key markets.

His experience spans a broad range of consumer goods, healthcare, industrial, homecare, and food packaging markets.

During his tenure at Rohrer, Fuchs has helped advance several key commercial initiatives focused on improving sales effectiveness, strengthening customer partnerships, and driving profitable growth. His leadership has supported efforts to better align commercial resources with strategic growth opportunities while enhancing collaboration across sales, operations, customer service, and product development functions.

In his new role as Vice President, Commercial, Fuchs will lead Rohrer’s commercial strategy, sales organization, business development initiatives, and customer growth efforts. He will work closely with the executive leadership team to support the company’s long-term growth objectives, strengthen customer relationships, and further expand Rohrer’s position as a trusted packaging partner.
