NEW ORLEANS, LA, UNITED STATES, September 21, 2026 /EINPresswire.com/ — The Chopin Law Firm has added Raven Fielding Benoit to its New Orleans team as a personal injury attorney. Benoit will represent injured individuals and families across Louisiana, bringing a defense-side perspective from her years as a shareholder at a prominent New Orleans-area defense firm, where she represented insurance companies, trucking corporations, and manufacturers in complex injury litigation.
During her time in defense litigation, Benoit handled complex transportation, commercial trucking, and products liability claims, and took numerous jury and bench trials to verdict. Her practice included defending high-stakes claims involving seven-, eight-, and nine-figure demands. She also served as lead partner of a 24/7 Emergency Response Team, mobilizing directly to accident scenes to manage early investigations and preserve evidence before it could be lost.
